It’s been a busy year for the team here at Myriad and we can’t wait to share all our exciting news with you. As well as upgrading to the latest ISO 900:2015 quality management standard and adding new product ranges, we’ve also been working hard on a project that we’re particularly proud of – our new online shop.
Since Myriad was founded 19 years ago, it’s been our driving ambition to offer our customers the best service possible and to make ordering parts from us quick, convenient and reliable. Today we reached a milestone in our ambitious journey, with the launch of our improved online shop.
Our customers can now place an order 24 hours a day 7 days a week, check stock in ‘real-time’, access their transaction history anytime and if that’s not enough, identifying parts is easier than ever.
You may have seen our new online platform featured in the latest edition of Temperature Controlled Storage & Distribution (TCS&D) magazine but in case you missed it, here’s a quick rundown of the main features:

• Quick order – repeat and amend orders with minimum fuss.
• Upload CSV files for large orders.
• ‘Dropship’ your orders to multiple locations.
• Check stock in real time.
• 360° product images and enhanced descriptions.
• Volume discounts automatically applied.
• Translate into over 100 languages.
